What are Dododots?

Dododots are basically pimple patches with a creative twist. As compared to traditional transparent patches, our Dododots patches come in different shapes and colours.

What are the ingredients?

Our Dododots pimple patches are made of 100% hydrocolloid material. The same clinical-grade wound dressing material doctors use on patients after surgery.

Can it work on all types of acne?

As with all skincare, our pimple patches will work differently on different types of skin and acne.

Our patches work best on pus-filled acne such as papules and pustules. Customers have also reported that our patches flattened their newly-formed acne after ONE day of usage.

This does not apply to closed comedones, milia and cystic acne. For these types of acne, our patches can help to cover and protect the skin from environmental triggers thus prevent further inflammation.

Why are my patches not sticking properly?

This is the best way for our Dododots pimple patches to adhere to your skin properly:

1) Cleanse and dry your skin thoroughly.

2) Put on our patches, BEFORE skincare and makeup.

3) Avoid touching the patches throughout the day.

4) Switch your patch to a new patch after a few hours of wear, especially if you're sweating or have oily skin.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our patches are suitable for all skin types, whether acne-prone, sensitive, oily, dry, combination or normal.

Can I still use it if I don't have acne?

The answer is yes! Our patches can be worn even if you do not have acne. Match it with your makeup looks or just wear them when barefaced. Anytime at all if it makes you feel happier.

Why are Dododots manufactured in China?

Dododots is a Malaysian brand, but our patches are manufactured in China because they have the latest technology and machines to create the best-quality hydrocolloid patches. All our patches go through strict quality check and sterilization before and after being shipped to Malaysia.

How long should I wear it for?

We suggest wearing it for at least 8-10 hours for best results. However, if you’re going to play sports or sweat a lot, do bring extra Dododots with you to change once the patches lose their adhesiveness due to excessive sebum production or sweat.

Is it suitable for all ages? / kids? / pregnant women?

Yes. Dododots can be worn by all ages as our patches do NOT contain any harmful chemicals.

Can I use them on other parts of my body?

Yes. You can wear them on any part of the body. Do note that patches work the best on a flatter surface of the skin. Avoid wearing the patches on creases of the skin (e.g. smile lines).

Do Dododots leave any residue or marks on the skin?

It should not leave any residue on the skin. After removing the patches, it’s best to cleanse your skin.

Are Dododots waterproof and sweat resistant?

Dododots are NOT waterproof nor sweat resistant. We have tested them while playing sports and also through swimming. However, we do not promise that they will stay on for sports or water activities. For Dododots to adhere best to the skin, wear them after cleansing and drying your face, BEFORE skincare or makeup.

How long does it take to see results when using Dododots?

Some customers see results in 1-2 days, while others see results after 1 week of using Dododots. As with most skincare products, results differ with different individuals with different skin types.

Are there any specific instructions for storing Dododots?

It is REALLY IMPORTANT that you DO NOT let your Dododots touch water. Store Dododots away from direct sunlight.

Is there an expiry date?

Dododots can be stored for up to 2 years.

How do I make payment with my credit card?

1. Once you add the item to the cart, proceed to ‘checkout’, and fill up necessary information required. 

2. Under the ‘Payment’ page, click ‘Complete order’ to continue.

3. Upon entering the PayPal portal, there will be an option to ‘Pay with bank account or credit card.’

4. You can enter a guest checkout page that allows you to proceed with your credit card details without having to sign up as a PayPal member. Fill up your details, and you’re done!

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Kindly contact us so we can change your email address.

Do note that your email address, name, and address can be changed but we cannot change your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the bank transfer or Maybank QRPay has been authorized. If the direct bank transfer or Maybank QRPay has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of RM2.00 regardless of the time order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Where is my tracking information?

After your order is completed, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the tracking system, depending on our delivery partners. If your order has a tracking number but has not been updated, please rest assured that you will be taken care of. Just reach out to us anytime.

 

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

Please kindly contact us if you have not receive your order after 5 working days. Do note that there may be issues with delivery due to high volumes of shopping during peak sale seasons.

How secure is my personal information?

Dododots uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, disclose or distribute any personal customer information. All sensitive personal information is kept secured within our own data system.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Upon order confirmation, please give us 1-2 working days to process your order. You should receive your tracking number through email. Kindly check your spam folder if you do not see an email with your tracking number.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. If you notice that we do not ship to your country, just drop us a DM on Instagram @dododots.official and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on which country you are from and which delivery option you have chosen. 

Kindly note that we pack and ship out orders from Monday to Friday.

All orders from [ Fridays to Sundays ] are shipped on Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Why is my order delayed?

There may be a few reasons for delays. You may experience delays during double digit sales (1.1, 2.2, 3.3,....12.12). You may experience delays due to festive seasons or public holidays. You may experience delays due to shipment errors caused by courier.

*Kindly note that after we ship out your parcel, any delay caused by courier/delivery companies are out of our control. In cases like these, our team will try our best to help you follow up with the respective courier/delivery company to track your parcel location. If the parcel has been delayed for more than 2 weeks, you can request a refund from the respective courier/delivery company.
